NextEnergy Capital has over 45 team members, spread across four operating offices. Of these team members, 40% are women, and we have 12 different nationalities.
Our aim is for everyone who joins us at NextEnergy Capital to have an employee experience that is second to none, where they have the ability to learn and develop their careers. As a testament to our commitment to enabling people to progress, in 2018, 15% of our global team was promoted to jobs at the next level.

Learning & Development
In order to enable every team to live our Bring Your Alpha value, we support both formal and informal learning. On the more formal end of the spectrum, we’ve developed our own learning academy, known as the alpha academy. This provides team members with access to development solutions around personal effectiveness, people management, leadership, and technical skills development.
To provide everyone with the opportunity to learn from others, we have developed an internal mentoring programme.
As we grow our international footprint, we seek to provide opportunities for our existing team members to transfer across borders.
