NEXTPOWER III

NextPower III is a private ESG infrastructure fund that invests in the international solar sector. NPIII’s portfolio is comprised of operational and under-construction solar plants in OECD countries and in OECD Key Partner Countries. Please find below the fund’s Green Impact Reports (GIR) and the sustainability-related disclosures as per EU SFDR and Taxonomy regulation for Art. 9 funds.

The GIR summarises the portfolio’s avoided GHG emissions and considers the fund’s contribution towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The Sustainability related disclosures includes Annex III (Pre-contractual Disclosure), Annex V (Periodic Disclosure) and the ESG Disclosure.
