Interim Dividend Declaration

London, May 19^th, 2017 – NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 1.5775 pence per Ordinary Share for the quarter ending 31 March 2017.
The interim dividend of 1.5775 pence will be paid on 30 June 2017 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 26 May 2017.
